The process

1. Fill out our bespoke service inquiry form. If the design is doable and can be delivered by your desired date, we'll send you a product link for an initial deposit of 50 USD to 300 USD depending on your appropriate design tier. This will be taken off the total price. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel in the middle of the process. 

2. Once we receive the payment, we'll start making the digital sketches for you to approve. You can make as many alterations to the sketches as you'd like. Please note that the sketches that we provide are for one (1) piece of bespoke item unless agreed otherwise. As soon as you approve the sketches, we'll ask for your measurements. 

3. Once you submit your measurements, we'll issue another invoice for the total price of the bespoke piece. Full payment has to be made before we purchase the fabrics and put them in the queue for cutting and sewing. 

4. Last but not least, sit back and relax! We'll contact you once the bespoke piece is ready to ship. It usually takes at least 6 weeks to make a bespoke piece. The exact timeline will be discussed as soon as you approve the fabrics and design.
