Returns & Refunds
As our products are made to order, unfortunately, we do not accept product returns nor refunds. However, we are happy to provide a free alteration service within the first fifteen days of receiving your package.
We might be able to send you a replacement if:
1. Product is defective.
2. Product you received is not what you ordered.
Please note that not every case is eligible for product replacement. We would have to review each case accordingly. Custom made items are not eligible for product replacement. If you are eligible to receive product replacement, we would only be able send you a replacement in the exact size, type, and color as your initial order.
Customers are subject to pay for the return fees. Initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
