Can I order this item in another color or fabric?
Yes, you can. We do not charge extra for this. Please note that we use various types of fabrics, which means the finishes and thickness may not be the same. If you have a specific fabric in mind, don't hesitate to ask or let us know. You can view our fabric options in this page.
My size is in between your standard sizing and is not listed. What should I do?
We'd recommend choosing custom size. Pick "custom sizing" under the size option, and, once you've completed your purchase, you can submit your measurements in this page. You will be able to see instructions and a picture guide on how to take your body measurements there. We do not charge extra for this.
Can I get a return or refund?
As our items are handmade to your measurements, we can't accept returns nor refunds unless we sent you an item with the wrong measurements/color/fabric. In case we sent you an item with the wrong description, please send us some supporting pictures (measurements of your body, measurements of the item, pictures of the item, etc.) to claim your replacement/return/refund. The solution we offer is a case-by-case basis. Please note that if your measurements are wrong from the beginning, we can't offer you a replacement/return/refund. Replacement items can only be made in the initial measurements you submitted, so, please take your measurements properly.
Can I customise the length of my outfit?
Yes, you can. You can customize the length up to 37", free of charge. Please add your desired total length from shoulder to hem in the "Length" text box on the product page. If your preferred length is more than 37", please add this product to your cart. It applies to every item except for long dresses & custom design. For these two items, we do not charge extra for custom length.
Can you modify your existing design? Like longer sleeves, etc.
Yes, we can, for an additional fee. The fee varies depending on the type of modification. Please contact us to discuss.
How long does it take for my order to dispatch?
As every garment is made to order by my mother, please allow up to eight weeks for us to dispatch your order. It might take longer for customs or styles with more intricate designs. If you have a set date to wear your outfit, please let us know in advance! We'll let you know if we can make it before then.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. Shipping fees vary by country and total weight of items ordered. Import duties and taxes might apply to some countries. These fees would be collected by the shipping company for the recipient country upon delivery and would be charged to the buyer.
How long does delivery take?
International delivery takes an estimated 1-7 days to arrive via DHL Express & TIM Express, and 7-25 business days to arrive via Tracked Regular Shipping.
Why am I being charged extra for shipping?
If you picked DHL Express or Aramex as your shipping option, please note that some zip codes are categorised as "Remote Area" and you might be charged a remote area delivery surcharge. We will ask you to pay this extra fee in order to proceed with the shipping. You could also change your address to a non-remote region to avoid extra costs, or downgrade the shipping to a tracked regular shipping where remote costs do not apply.

What if my parcel was returned to you by the shipping company?
You will have to pay the shipping fee for the return (if any) and re-shipping of the parcel.
Why am I being charged import duties?
Please be aware of your country's tariff rates and regulations before placing your order. This is charged by your government to you as an importer when purchasing from international shops like ours. We do not have control over these fees. We cannot afford to bear the costs as our handmade items are priced as reasonably as possible.
Unfortunately, with the new DHL regulations, if you refuse the parcel, we will still bill the fees to you as DHL will pass them on to us. As of July 2025, we have paused shipping to Europe with DHL for this reason.
