I love the colorful pattern of this dress, however it did not fit me correctly. I have a long torso so the dress’s waist line was under my bust instead of my natural waist line and I couldn’t zip it up. I was so disappointed, but the quality and design is perfection so I still gave this 5 stars. Thank you so much!

Hi Bri, I’m so sorry to hear that you had some trouble with the fit of your dress. I posted a public reply a week ago, but I wanted to reach out again personally now that I’ve had more time to properly review your feedback.

Since we started in 2021, we haven’t received this specific complaint before, so I would really love to understand what happened. I sent an email last week requesting a few photos so we can see where the fit went wrong. Seeing the dress on you would be incredibly helpful for us to improve our pattern grading and determine if we need to add more measurement requirements for our custom sizes.

We truly want to make this right for you! Once we take a look, we’d be happy to help rectify the problem, whether that means covering the cost of a local tailor to fix it or remaking a completely new dress for you at no extra charge.

AMAZING

SO BEAUTIFUL!! I was genuinely so surprised by how soft yet shimmery the fabric was. The fit was perfect (except I got some of my measurements wrong lol). The only thing is to make sure you iron the dress but obviously that's out of the companies control, so it's just a tip! You will not regret it, this was such a fun surprise to look forward to!!

So pretty! Will definitely be purchasing from here again
